One of our all time favourite recipes from the book. Looks like a delicious dessert, is actually a foot scrub 👣 You’d be surprised at the amount of natural exfoliants you can find in your kitchen cupboard. In this case pink Himalayan sea salt, coffee and brown sugar but also non-abrasive ingredients such as yogurt or fruit. Blitz with a bit of hydrating banana or coconut oil and you have yourself a highly effective (and pretty cheap) body scrub!
