Well-Earned Soak

Ingredients:

50g Epsom Salt
3 Drops Frankincense Essential Oil
3 Drops Lavender Essential Oil

This bath soak does what it says on the tin. After a hard day at work, long session at bootcamp or just a really long week, it’s time to take a well-earned soak. At CBCo, we spend a lot of time in the gym and our muscles are often sore and overworked. Warm baths are both a great muscle and mind relaxer, add lavender and Epsom salts to the mix and the result is a de-stressing, unwinding, loosening-up dream. Alongside that, this soak is also a great detoxifier, can speed up the healing of colds and flus and helps muscles and nerves to function properly.

How To:

1. Add the essential oils to the Epsom salts and stir well to ensure distributed evenly
2. Add to a running bath, swirl and enjoy

Helpful Hint:

This will be enough for a couple of soaks’ worth, but is easy to make in larger quantities and store by the bath for regular use.
